Lens Part Number Needed (Urgent)

Folks, what is the GM part number for the lens on the rear bumper, which is between the taillamp lenses, I mean the rectangular lens that sits right above the CORVETTE letters on the bumper. Here is a picture of the part I am trying to describe.
