Too bad your not looking for an 80. A friend is looking to unload his (I am kind of thinking about it myself), 1980 Yellow Vette he bought new. About 8 years ago he spent 12,500 on a new engine, tranny, and all new interior at Courtesy Chev. in San Jose, Calif., drove it to Phoenix and stored it ever since. The only problem I know of is the wiring from the firewall forward needs to be redone (mice chewed it up in storage).
The car is in Phoenix not Florida but he wants a couple of grand and take it away.:Steer :v

Ryan,, living in the land of the mouse, i know magical things can happen. give me a day or two, i'll see if i can find you a corvette trader or at least a classic car shopper....
also, i'll will watch the Orlando Sentinal for local ads...

Well the deal is done with the car. But I have to wait for a few weeks till I get the car, because the car is not from the seller. He took the car to repair it for some guy, but the guy never paid him for the work so he seized the car. And the car stood six year outside in the rain and sun(what a shame). So the seller is getting a lawyer to fix the papers of the car for me.
Kind of complicated story.

I just can't understand why people do something like that to a beatifull corvette.
Think the car is a 69 or '70.

I will send you pics as soon as possible.

Be careful it is real easy to get BURIED in a basket case....Good luck...I hope there is not a lot of frame rust or ROT

Heah Cruzer does your buddy still have that 80 Vette for sale??I would think if the mice got into engine then they most likely got into the interior too but if hes got any pics ect have him email me at intex99@swbell as I might have someone interested in it.
Thanks,
Tim
