Looking for license plate filler for C5

I am looking for a license plate filler for a 2002 corvette.
The color is electron blue. Any advice where to get one
already painted or a good used one or anyone selling one
I could re-paint.

I got mine on e-Bay. I had to paint it though.

It's been a couple of years ago and I really don't remember. It wasn't too awfully high though.
