Is there a page that tells what each number in the serial number represents? Or does the serial number include any special information about the car?

The page I just linked to will tell you how to break down the build sheet. The VIN, however, will only tell you the manufacturer, model, country of origin, year, and an individual identifier. You won't learn any option stuff that way (except if it's a convertible or a coupe).
