just had the ac replaced as well as the blower motor. the air feels restricted like its on low speed. I cleaned the blower housing and the discharge side of the evaporator. The blower SOUNDS strong, but dosnt come out strong. Any help ??? Thanks

Two possible reasons

1) Over the evaporator sometimes there develops a film of....STUFF .. pull the motor out ( again ) and use an inspection mirror you will see it ...it ( sometimes looks like felt ) covering a large portion of the evaporator..allowing not a lot of air to get thru.. Just peel it off.

2) You will have to pull the passenger side dash apart and make sure the vac ( or cable in your year) motor that operates the TEMP valve door is actually working, along with the other valves for air flow.

When you change from HEAT to COLD and defrost etc . Do all the vents change correctly?

Run your hand around the A/C plenum under the hood and see if you have any BIG air leaks like the A/C evap lines running in & out of the plenum.

Vig!

( Betting on #1 espically if it was an outside car)
