Low or Reserve fuel

On my 98s DIC when my fuel gets low instead of the LOW FUEL warning coming on I get the RESERVE FUEL one. I thought the LOW FUEL indicator should come on first.

Reserve comes on first in my mine.

Reserve comes on first then the low fuel.
