Ls-7?

LS7 Vette was planned and even made it to the Vette literature but NONE were ever built for sell to the public.

tom...

Fuel 105 (minimum) leaded octane
Fuel Economy 10 MPG @ 55 MPH, 7 MPG at higher speeds

Even if it is legit, this would never be suitable to drive very much.

If memory serves correct, the low horse power big blocks were all two bolt mains. I don't know if that was true of Corvettes, but it is of other Chevys. If so, it would mean that the conversion was done with a less than desirable block. And that is just what it is, a conversion/replica. As I understand it the LS-7 was to be an L88 454. A race motor from a company that wasn't racing.

Had it been done by Baldwin/Motion, Yenko or Nickey it might have some extra value. As it is I would think it greatest value would be to restore it to a numbers matching big block

Motion used a over the counter Motor assy to build his cars. They will not have numbers matching but will be replacment motors. My '70 was one of the only cars he sold with a LS-7 in it.
