can an ls2 maf be installed on an ls1 and if so what has to happen to make it work,thanks Nuge

Well the answer is yes, kinda.

First the LS1 is 78mm and the the LS2 is 85mm in diameter. That means you're feeding a small diameter with a large on and air flow doesn't like that.

First you'll need an adapter:
