You want it, you got it:
From watching all Corvette day at Cecil county Dragway every year:
In hot, muggy weather, the a lightly modded ZR1 (cat back and headers I think, maybe airbox) ran 12.8-12.9 compared to 13.0 for modded LT4 (I ran against him a year later and he ran a 12.57; I was running 12.55-12.8 with traction w/heads cam LT1, so he probably has done it all except maybe head porting).
These 2 lined up against each other several times and the ZR1 (1994 I think) always came out on top. ZR1 is a little faster, I conclude, stock, probably .5 s.
As for Z06--in good weather, all did around 12.55@113-114
So Z06 beats ZR1 by probably a very small margin.
All these drivers probably equal--the come back every year (many Z06's, so assume they are good too)
