LT1/4 cam specs?

Does anyone know the complete LT4 and LT1 stock cam specs?

I found some info here but not include lobe seperation, if memory
serves. You need lift (w/ 1.5 rockers), dur@.050, and lobe sep.
to compare gross power output.

I was just wondering how similar these two cams really are.

I wanted to confirm that LT4's strength is the heads and 1.6RR's,
and everything else accomodates those 2 changes.

Duration: @.050
intake: 205 deg
exhaust: 207 deg

lobe separation: 117 deg

LT4:
valve lift @.050:
intake: .476
exhaust: .479

lobe lift: @.050:
intake .298
exhaust: .299

Duration: @.050
intake: 203 deg
exhaust: 210 deg

lobe separation: 115 deg

These numbers are LT1 with 1.5 rockers, LT4 with 1.6 rockers
