I see that on the LT1 engine the alternator mounts high close to the throttle body. Well at least higher & closer than the L98.
Is it possible to mount the alternator on a L98 like the LT1?
I know I could fab up a bracket for this but im curious if the LT1 bracket will work?
From the factor, the L98 air pump is where the LT1 alternator is so I know space is not a problem.
Oh, im looking to free up some space on the driver side engine bay!
