The fill/Surge tank for the Coolant on the Right side of the Engine bay.

The Top line of the Heater core goes to the top line of the surge tank correct? then the Lower surge line goes to the front of the motor to?? Where on the LT1? I know on the L98 it goes to the Water Pump.

Also has anyone every had to replace the hose going to the Surge tank? If so what is the Diameter of the hose. It looks like a 3/4 inner DIA ont he Surge tank but a 3/4" hose does not seem to fit.

I think with out looking at mine ?It goes to the throttle body?

The one that goes to the tank I think is going to be metal and rubber and not a hose.

Jeff, you are correct. Top line goes to the heater core and the bottom line goes to the water pump per the attached pic.

Leon is right. The Heater core is a pain to swap also.

Thanks Guys. that will help.. now my concern is will a 7/8" Hose seal to a spot that is suppose to be for a 3/4" hose.
