LT4 LT4 VECI label part number

Hey all! Can someone give me the GM part number off of their label for the 1996 LT4 without the EGR on it? The standard LT1 is the only emissions sticker that I can find the part number for. Also, if someone could post up a pic of their label, that would be great!

For those that don't know what the label is or where it is located, it is the Vehicle Emissions Control Information label (sticker, decal, etc.) that is on top of the radiator on the drivers side. It shows vacuum diagram, belt routing, engine size, etc.

BTW, the GM part number for the standard LT1 and California LT4 is 12555869. I've attached a pic of the California label (Thanks Hutch!)

Just thought that I would let everyone know, the Gm part number for the LT4 label is 12555870. No EGR, manual transmission. Thanks again to Hutch from the Grand Sport Registry!

LT4 Emission sticker
orig size is 7 7/8" long x 2 3/8" wide

if you print this its kinda big, you need to resize and print on a sticker sheet, yes they sell full 8x11 sheets of paper that are stickers
