What is the preferred product to use for lubricating and protecting the rubber bushings on the rear and front end arms on my 2004?????;help

GM part number 12371287 - "Synthetic Lubricant with Teflon".
It comes in a 3 oz. (85g) tube. It works very well - and can be used on the rubber weatherstrip also.
