does somebody knows why my 1984 vette shut off when the vacuum line from the MAP sensor is pulled-off from the crossfire? When the vacuum line is pulled-off the engine starts at extremely high RPMS! thanks!

Because the MAP sensor is a essential sensor for engine operationdoes somebody knows why my 1984 vette shut off when the vacuum line from the MAP sensor is pulled-off from the crossfire?
If the line to the intake is sucking air then you have a BIG vac leak which will always make a engine rev highWhen the vacuum line is pulled-off the engine starts at extremely high RPMS!
