Welcome, Go to user cp in the left upper corner of the screen. Then go to edit avatar on left side of page. Glad you could join us.

I must say. You bought the right type of car. And you are hanging out at the right site! :upthumbs

I remember when Torch Red came out in 1993. I had a 92 which was Bright Red. What a difference. The color is what convinced me to buy a 94, Torch Red, of course!

SAVE THE :w

Thank you on the avatar. I will get site in and outs figured out quick, especially if I am on here hours and hours everyday as I have been this week.

Ok since you guys are so good at questions here is the next. I hope I am not opening a can of worms but , In my surfing I found there is CAC and then there is Corvetteforums. I am here simply because I had issues with Corvetteforums site. So are there pros and cons to both? I know one thing I am very happy with the response I have gotten here and see no need to go there but you veterans tell me.

Welcome to the CAC. :w
I checked out other sites, no complaints but liked the CAC the best. Hope you do too. Wow, torch red. Nice color.

There are many Corvette websites and many of us are members on multiple forums. As one would expect, each seems to have its own atmosphere, style and priorities.

Though I can't speak from firsthand knowledge on other sites, I can tell you a great deal about this one.

Here at the Corvette Action Center, we strive to be a professional and dependable online resource for the latest news and information on the Chevy Corvette. We pride ourselves on our family friendly community atmosphere, where the novice is made to feel just as welcome as the expert.

Though it's unrealistic to expect to be all things to all people, it's our goal to be an informational asset to the Corvette community and through education, awareness and improvement, continually raise the bar.

We always have and always will encourage quality over quantity.

Don't know where you're located in MN, I work in Brooklyn Center and live in Baxter. We belong to a couple of clubs. PM me with your contact info if you like and I'll be glad to talk with you. And welcome to the CAC. Lots of knowlegable help and good people on here.

wow! that is a large commute 100miles?. I live in maple Grove, Car is currently stored in Brainerd. I will pm you about whats up locally.

Welcome to CORVETTE ACTION CENTER. . . . . . . .

There is no sense looking any further; you have found the best and second to none the CORVETTE ACTION CENTER. Believe me it just doesn't get any better than this and the members are the greatest and like family. I have personally met some of them and hope to see then again as well others that I haven't yet! The internet definently is a good place to pass the time in those what seem like year long winters and get through not driving your Vette and waiting on the spring to sprung. I use to check other sites too but found out pretty quick they were not for me and I never even visit them anymore, CAC is like I said family to me and that is what I think seperates it from the others. You can find information many places but feeling comfortable wasn't that easy for me to find, I have found it here and here is where I'll stay until such time that I can't see the key board anymore :L

Take care and don't be a stranger, be a family member with CAC.

Again glad you decided to join the family.

Bill :w
