Mirror apart?

Does anyone know how the mirror/light on the sunvisor comes off? Can it be removed without destroying it?

As far as I know, it is non-removable without damaging the visor covering.

The manual says to pry, with a flat bladed tool, on the inside of each lamp lense. Replacement bulb is trade #74. This is for a burned out bulb. Is that what you need?

I want to reach through the hole to repair the floopy end of the visor. I thought if I could reach through the mirror hole, I would not have to cut and re-stitch the cloth cover. Anyone have any ideas?
