My vette currently has Goodyear Run Flat Tires on both front and rear. The front tires need to be replaced. Will I experience handling problems if I use another brand (non run flat) tire on the front?

you shouldn't... If anything the front tires will hold better than the rear, so just be careful... My Dad has a '98, we swapped the fronts out for standard F1 tires instead of the F1 EMT's... the car rides better, and seems to handle better... you just have to watch out for the rear end from coming out.
