More 74 front suspension problems!

Hey all,

I figured out why my RS wheel was rubbing & why my alignment is a mile out. The welded joint from the sway arms to the frame crossmember on that side has been peeled back halfway! The frame itself is fine so I don't know if it was in an accident or what. Is this something that requires just simply taking the weight off the sway arm and welding it back to the crossmember???

Hi Ian,
Are you sure you are talking about the sway bar? Or are referring to the lower control cross shaft that bolts under the crossmember?

I guess its referred to as the A-arm bracket. Its welded to the crossmember.
