more ummph !

I have a base 2010 430 hp 2 top coupe. To my surprise I found out it hads a limiter on it.
I beleive at 120 mph the gas cuts off. even this car wil get to 120 very quickly so if someone wants to play around with me I'M LEFT IN THE WIND. Can the limiter be removed ,changed or whatever? Also G-force advertises a chip $69.00 guaranteed to add more power is this for real or do I have to spend hundreds or more to go faster?

There isn't any kind of 120 mph limiter on your C6. Something else must be going on. Your Vette uses a sophisticated computer, not individual chips for almost all functions. I'd be leery of someone offering a chip to do anything. Read up on tuning on this, and other forums to get a handle on how your engine is controlled.

Thanks for the reply ! I just read the whole manual and found no mention of an fuel cut off. I must have been dreaming or something else I was sure I read it. Hey I guess the next time I need to I'll find out. I'[ve ben gone fromthis site awhile but I kinew someone would straighten me out.
