I will moving to the Orlando area in the near future, and have always believed that the three most important questions to ask about the new area are: best barber, best doctor (at my age anyway), and who is the best Corvette service center. ( not necessarily in priority order, however. I know that there are many Vettes in the Orlando area, and there are probably mutiple opinions, but I trust the judgement of CAC members to steer me in the right direction. Feel free to e-mail me or post on the board. Thanks in advance.

Mike Norris of Norris Motorsports in Ocoee. The only guy who works on my Callaway.

HI there,
There is also Chris Petris of Corvette Clinic in Sanford.
Both men do technical advising for Corvette Fever magazine.
Allthebest, c4c5
Chris is outstanding. You just need to make an appointment with him due to him being busy. You would be hardpressed to find a better Vette mechanic. With the exeption of c4c5specialist of course!:D

Its good that you asked Ron...their are alot of "micky mouse" mechanics in Orlando. :D

Not at all.
Chris has helped me numerous times in my career. His expertise far outweights that of my own.
I only hope to be as well rounded a Corvette specialist as he is, someday.

Thanks to all who responded to my request for information concerning Vette service in the Orlando, FL area. I am looking forward to driving the car all year round as opposed to the TWO days of summer ( July 4th and 5th) that we have in Maine. C4/C5 Specialist: Thanks for your advice, and just to set the record straight; I believe that JonM was creating a little tongue-cheek- when he referred to "Mickey Mouse mechanics in Orlando. If I'm not mistaken, he was referring to the permanent resident of Disney World-none other than the "Mouse" himself. Also, I would like to personally thank you, C4/C5 Specialist for all the help you have graciously given to myself and others who have questions about their special ride. I know that it takes time to respond to postings and I just want you to know that you are appreciated. I know that I speak for others as well who regularly post here on the CAC.
