Muffler eliminators ?

Has anyone installed muffler eliminators on their LT1 ? My buddy has them on his 95 Z-28 and it sounded pretty good, not to loud at idle but you could really notice the difference with a blip of the the throttle. Any pro's or con's ? - tia

I have a set from Corvette Central. I love them, but did have to install Dynamat to get the inside noise down on long trips. If you are the kind of person who has ever turned the radio down to listen to the engine, you will like them.
