Very nice, Mike! If you don't mind me asking, what camera do you use for photos of your work? Awesome pix, very crisp and clear photos... even the extreme close-ups.

TIA!

I was in the local Ferrari dealership's shop looking at the cars getting worked on there last night, and was reminded of your garage you made. It's hard to tell whose was more clean!

Jane Ann, I use an Olympus E20 5mgpxl. I shoot the cars with macro on and in orf. format. The raw pics are approx 10-15mgs each and then converted to tiff or jpg. Using the orf. format is specific to Olympus and allows for more color saturation and less light needed....thanx for the question...mike

Mike, as I have said previously, I look forward to seeing your posts with the latest pics of your work. I was surprised to learn by one of the posts that your work is in the NCM. I hope it stays there until I can see it in person. The garage is, as expected, great work by a terrific artist and photographer. Thanks for sharing.

Very nice work Mike. :) Your attention to detail is noteworthy. I look forward to more of your great photos.

The BIG NEWS about little things.

I just want to thank you for all of the positive comments, you have all been very kind to my passions. I do have a bit of news on the small scale. I have been in contact with the NCM about a semi-perm display of something Callaway in scale. They are very interested and because of the renovation-expansion they are not wanting much additional until Jan 2009. I have a plan already and several cars and other stuff in progess. I promise you wont be disappointed.

I have finally found a Chevy truck that is befitting of a future Callaway hauler.....

I look forward to the day I can see one of your dioramas in person.

Oh man, that's awesome news Mike! CONGRATULATIONS BUDDY! :W

Maybe by 2009 I'll have my C8 model completed! Then again, I should hopefully have the real car by then!

That is just incredible detail! I never get tired of looking at it.

I think it appeals to my modeler's heart. ;) I have an extensive collection of 1:18 Corvette diecasts and I would love to build and display dioramas for all of them.

It's a dream that will have to wait until I have the time to dedicate to it and the place to build it.

Thanks for posting the photos, Chris!
