I'll bet some of you may have had this issue so I'm gonna ask for some guidance...
I have my first Corvette, a 1996 with a dull third brake light lens. The tail light lens look fine but that third brake light is dull or cloudy and I am thinking it may be a symptom like what happens to composite headlight, that "cloudy" look with age. Some people say use toothpaste, rub it in; that may clear them up, or pick up a headlight restoration kit to do a pair of headlights.
Has anyone else had the third brake light issue that I have and if so what did you do to correct the issue?
