This is my new 40th 6spd coupe with 59,000 miles. Got it last Saturday. Now my 87 coupe won't be lonely in the garage.....
That's my better half by my 87

Nice
. Also figure out how old the car is from 1953 :ugh. 23 & 37. Take 29 - 23 = 6 and 37 - 15 = 22. 6 + 22 = 28.
So that means the two cars should produce an offsping of the 2028 :Silly model year right? Maybe my math is off a little
. Or maybe there are more variables. Anyway, still fun.
Congrats on the Vette....don't buy them all....save us a few....HPG said:Brian, not to be nosey, what did you pay for the car. I let an 93 Ruby go with only 17K miles, the owner wanted 20K for the car and I felt that was too high. I would have gone for 18K, not 20. I LOVE the Ruby color.

I live in the Northeast, so I don't think that was a bad price. I believe Vettes follow a reverse 'bell curve' when it comes to pricing, try to buy close to the bottom end, eventually they all go up.Brianjt1987 said:I got it for 13,500. It is in great shape, but the lt qtr pnl had been repainted. Other that that it looks like the original paint. I put it up on a lift prior to buying it and the frame rails had no sign of any damage or repair. So, the qtr pnl damage must have been minor.
Other than that the car is in excellent shape. I'm very happy with it....
