Street Racing??

I know we all have done some speeding from time to time, but street racing should not be done, or considered cool by anyone. I would hope other members of this forum would agree.. Take it to the track..

I am not sure what it is like in Saudi Arabia, so I am not going to judge for street racing there. (assuming that is where it was done, considering C5Blue's location)

I figured as much, i just didn't want this guy to get torn up over something that may be considered normal in his country:t In the states it is a huge negative... The Corvette community should let the ricers stick to it, and the let the cops stick to the ricers

Just last night, young man killed racing a cavalier on the streets here in Edmonton, sad. Luckily, no one else was hurt.

wow, thats the kinda dumb thing i would do, race a cavalier... its the only good car thats in the drive way though, id put that 4 cylinder engine to work! :L:L

there is some thing u have to know that we don't have any track or any sport cars club as u do.... so we have to do it in street ........

That is very true. Hell even in Mexico (right in my backyard) there is no track. The crowds seal off the streets and drag race there. Thats THEIR dragstrip. Its a 4 lane street and the racers take the middle two lanes. Cops don't do anything about it either, just kind of look on.

These guys love cars and speed just as much as some of us do. Not everbody has the resources that the US has.
