My Wait is OVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yo Johnny
I picked up my new 03 EB 6spd Coupe yesterday also. They're probably brothers, if not 1st cousins !!!!!

The vins should be close mine was built 7-30-02. great car

lets see it an electron blue 6speed with the sport seats and the old "b" package i think...........I love this car

Hi JohnnyJet,
I picked up mine last week. Man, what a ride! Now I see what the Viper drivers are missing. I did my first wave a few days ago. To all those Vette drivers I do not wave, I apololgize. I am watching the road, not for other Vettes. Dang, if this ain't fun.

Thats ok. Congratulations. I'll still wave to you.:w

Ditto on the wait being over

Picked up my 2003 hatchback Vet on Saturday. What a lung-heaving,
chest-pounding, and viscously-snarling brute of a car. The HUD (Head-UP
Display) system quickened my pulse as it brought back an adrenaline-rush
memory from the days when I used to fly Navy jets for Uncle Sam's Canoe Club.

Hopefully, I won't have to pilot the Vet through towering thunderstorms,
heavy icing, and severe turbulence with every red light blinking on the
instrument panel. Yet, it does lend a similarly scary feeling ("YEAH! Gotta
do THIS again!") when you stuff it into a curvy freeway on ramp, mash the
pedal, and let the Big Dog eat. No shrieking tires, not even minor scuffy
noises from the Goodyears. And I love watching those testosterone-poisoned
idiot-teenagers in their hopped-up little funky foreign cars rapidly disappear
in the rear view mirror. There IS a God. And he made the Corvette, too.

Hi Flashman,
The best I got to flying is as a passenger on a small DC, an L-1011, or a mid-Boeing. You put into words what I have been feeling since I've been driving my EBM 2003. I justified my purchase believing that if I didn't, when I die I would see St. Peter at the gates. he would ask me why I didn't buy the Vette, while god drives past me beeping and waving (of course in a Vette). This is way good, way fun. Like the Noe character in The Matrix: "Whoa...". Don't forget the wave.
