Mystery Noise in My Dash

Got in last night and before starting I heard a static or arcing sound from the dash near the ECM.

Anybody else have this???

Happened twice...the car starts and runs normally.

I don't know what it could be, but the alarm module is in the same area. Their are also doors for thr HVAC in that area.

Yes the VATS module had power at the time (key was off). The lamp timer module was also powered. I listened to it for 3-4 seconds before starting the car.
