..... as-long-as it ISN'T "Dumbo", I don't really care:
Smoke has the momentum, but after 2 "Chase" - races, I think ol' Rusty is only 12 points back, and he hasn't won a race yet this season.....

I've never been a fan of his, but the recent 'lean-years' have knocked his immense ego down a bit, and I wouldn't mind seeing him go-out on-top.....

I'm a #48 fan and I hope he doesn't end up like Martin and go thru his career as the bridesmaid.

Ahhhhh........Texas in about 6 weeks.......full weekend of that sound, that smell....can't wait to be there.

I would like to see Rusty win it. I wouldn't mind if smoke won it. I don't want to see a Roush car win it again or Jimmie "It's not my fault" Johnson.

..... my girlfriend works at a #48 -store, and after that company poorly-handled her work-related injury, I take great pride in wearing my #20 T-shirt and hat into her store to drop-by and visit, just to pee-off management.



Not that I don't like Jimmie Johnson, but 4 weeks to see the specialist AFTER a severe muscle pull/tear is idiotic, at-best, and transferring her, PERMANENTLY, to a position with little chance of advancement, after leading her department in sales, is bad business practice.

It would be great if you walked into a #48 store with your #48 hat on and rec'd a discount! I've spent so much money in Lowes this year they ought to put my name on the left rear qtr of that racecar....
I'm off the #20 store to rent a jackhammer so I can get this driveway broken up and re-poured.....should I wear my #48 hat??

..... the 'pleasure' derived from wearing the Stewart-stuff out-weighs any discount-savings.....

..... besides, SHE gets a discount as an employee on anything she/we purchase, which she 'could' pass-along to her 2 brothers, who have a large custom cabinet shop at their house, and buy vast-quantities of lumber constantly:
THEY claim the #20 store has better products, and buy there.....



It is entirely-possibly that a non-"CHASER" will win this weekend at Talladega, and with the ever-present 'BIG-ONE' just around the corner, it could have a large effect on the points-standings, too.....

Junyah is back with his cousin, and could be a factor, as-could any of the non-"CHASER" Hendricks' cars.....

I've been a Rusty fan since way back. Sure would be nice to see the Blue Duce go out with a bang. He had some trouble at Dega, but he has quitely been lurking in the shadows all year. At least I don't have to hear a bunch of bull from both my bro-in-laws about some Rainbow, don't care how many championships he has the King is still the King.

Not sure who I will pull for next year kinda like Kasey Kahne but I'm leaning towards Junyah. 6 Shoooter where did that pic come from .... that's pretty cool.
