Filming for the eighth installment of the Fast & Furious franchise is well underway and we've already spotted a 1966 Corvette driven by Michelle Rodriguez in the film. The series of films are known to have some of the coolest rides in the scenes, but the cars do not always come out unscathed. We've compiled some photos from filming Fast 8 in New York and Atlanta, as well as a short clip of a chase scene. Check it out online here.

[h=1]Corvettes at Carlisle[/h]
In just over a month we'll be traveling to Carlisle, PA for the annual Corvettes at Carlisle event, August 25-28. The event is known to welcome more than 5,000 Corvettes representing all seven generations. Activities include autocross, burnouts, a parade through historic downtown Carlisle, shopping at the swap meet and from a wide variety of vendors, an all Corvette car corral, Manufacturers Midway and Installation Alley. This year not only will the Corvette Store and NCM Insurance have booths for browsing but we will also be taking our GS90 and Greenwood Corvettes!
