Need a shop manual

For a 1996 CE how many books in the factory (Helms) shop manual?

The Helms manual for my 88 had 3 parts, service manual, chassis manual, and a thin electrical supplement.

I would like to know how many parts there are for a 96?

Most of the later years had 2 books. My 92 came with two (one for general engine, body and chassis and the other for electrical, emissions and driveability) and a separate supplement for Section 6 (engine) in the main book. The supplements were printed after the manuals were published and it's possible that some years may have had more than one supplement.
