Need Good Copy or Scan of Tire Pressure Tag

I need a good copy or scan of the 1976 tire pressure door tag. All the repros are all wrong, with the lack of the big black boarder the glaring give away. If some one could email that with the stickers dimensions, I might be able to come up with a good one. Any help would be appreciated!!!!!!!

I hear that Wal-Mart on 83 by the Best Buy has one on Saturday...Also "Our Place" and Ace Hardware in N. Ridgeville has theirs on Tuesday and Wed respectively. On Thursday (starting 5/17) the Bakers Square in N. Olmsted will have one too. Some one told me about the Cruise In at 4829 W130th on Tuesdays 5-8.

What other ones do you know of?
