Hi All, my check engine light is on my 2000 frc. I Pulled my codes and reset them drove 100 miles and then pulled the codes again here is what they read:
P1111/ INTAKE AIR TEMP (IAT) SENSOR CIRCUIT INTERMITTENT HIGH VOLTAGE AND
P0113/INTAKE AIR TEMP(IAT) SENSOR CIRCUIT HIGH VOLTAGE
does anyone know the fix? how to do it? and the part?
Thanks in Advance.............Dr C5 Corvette

Sounds like you might have a bad or loose plug at the sensor on your air bridge.

could it be the sensor itself ? or are you leaning toward a loose plug to the sensor connection? Thanks................. Dr C5 Corvette

What he said.

HI there,
Yes, it would be suggested to replace the connector, NOT the sensor.

Hi c4c5, too Late I replaced the sensor tonight and cleared the codes, then the act handling warming up display came on then after 10 min it beeped and said warm up complete. also the check engine light went off. now how can you replace the connector do you buy the complete connector? or just the plug itself ? do you have a part number thanks............. Dr C5
