need help with codes

I'm sure someone can help.. My bud is looking at a 1980 and the owner said it was the factory color.. Now I don't think it is , the paint code on the door is 28 and the car white.. Is white code 28?

Code 28 = Exterior color Dark Blue

Also if you go to the top of the page and click on Tech Center, then click on Model Center you can get the specs for the 1980 by clicking on 1980 then view all the documentation there too

The paint code for white is #10, #28 is Dark Blue
