Need Help With Starter

My Corvette is an 1986 with Aurtomatic Transmission, Z-51 option and Aluminum Heads, all stock.
My Starter has gone so I am in the process of getting a new one. I want one of the Mini High Torque versions, as opposed to the stock model.
The problem is I have to Mail Order and I am not sure of which model.
Does anybody know if my car came with the 153 teeth or 168 teeth flywheel.Is there a difference with which starter I need or are they interchangeable.
According to the supplier the 153 tooth is correct but I have found conflicting reports.

86 stock came with 168 teeth.
