need some help from c4c5 spec or anyone

My drivers side window rattles when closing the door or when down almost like it is coming off the track. Are there bumpers in the door that I am missing or something that holds the window tight. How do I fix this and how do I get the door panel off. I know there are screws under the inside handle but where else should I look.

A few questions please.
Does it only happen when the window is down, or in the middle. or all the way up???
Is it more like a deep rattle, or more of a tinny type sound??
Please let us know, as there are a couple of things that could be happening here.
