Help! Need some help Too im not sure on what bearings need replacement

Well I have 1979 L82 with 4 speed trans.

Now here the problem is that the rear is makeing noise. Im not sure if a u jiont or a spindle bearing. Its make a cracking/grinding noise. Also when turning the wheel the trailing arm will jump when it hits one spot. So I think it might be the ujiont but not sure. I think there to much play in the trailing arm too. But dont have a guage to check run out. So what do you all think is broken or needs replacement? Thanks

You describe several possible scenarios. I believe I would put her in a reputable shop and let them take a look.
