Folks - my boss' wife wants to buy him a 1967 Corvette (preferably convertible) for his 40th - in January. Since I've done this a few times for me and others I am in charge of the search...
Here is the preferance - no show cars, no NCRS Bloomington mark ups. A nice driver without original motor is more than fine. Needs to stop, go and turn and be all there. No not rods or heavy mods.
Preferred manual but not mandatory - red is not preferred either - big fan of Marina Blue...but again, not mandatory...
Engine does not matter but he wouldn't know a 427 from a Seven-11 so the more basic the better.
Just a nice car that will shine up and make the right noises. So my brethren, what say you all? Can anyone out there help?
