Just finished the new engine install in my 86 a couple weeks ago and fired it up. Still in the break-in period, so I haven't really opened it up all the way. But I can tell it is very strong. Haven't had it dyno'd or chip burned yet. In the meantime, here is a list of the mods:

*Bored to 355 cid
*Dbl. roller timing chain
*Crane cam part # 114132 (210/216 @ 0.50, 400/454 lift)
*Crane Gold Series Racing roller rockers 1.5
*11.25:1 cpr. Sealed power pistons (was supposed to be 10.5, but engine builder miss calc'd when he ordered pistons. Yes I use octane booster!)

*Trick flow heads 56cc chambers
*Ported & Port mached stock base manifold
*Taylor spark plug wires
*BBK afpr set to 47 psi
*TPS set to .60v
*TPiS coated long tube headers
* 2 1/2" mandrel bent dual exhaust
* AC delete pulley & Smog delete pulley

Stock runners, plenum, injectors & throttle body - for now

For the moment it is shade tree tuned. Once I get it dyno'd next month, I'll keep you posted. Would love to post pic's, but I'm photo post illiterate:confused

nice potent setup you got going on there!

your injectors I would atleast bump them up to LT1s (22 lbers) you can find these dirt cheap for under 100 bucks.

the TB is fine. your bottle neck is the actual intake.

pump your FP to around 47 psi and check the plugs after 100 miles of driving if your not doing that now you should :D

bTW get'er all done then you will want the bigger bump stick :_rock

Thanks Mic...I have the Bosch Pink Tops now which I believe are 22 lbs.

Plugs look fine so far w/ 125 mi. on the motor.

Not familiar w/ the term "bump stick".
