I read an article in "Magazine Corvette" by a panel of auto experts and the conclusion was that Chevy did a poor job on the C6 front bumper and not to worry because it is the cheapest thing to change on car.
I also read a thread on another Forum regarding the design studio working on a new fix because of the poorly designed license plate holder.
The question is if anybody heard anything further. I just sold my C4 with the intentions of buying a C6 but couldn't live with the front bumper so l bought a C5.
Most of my friends feel the same way and the ones that bought the C^ are driving with only one plate. New Jersey needs two plates.
Some dealers drill the holes when the vettes come in and then mount the cheap plastic license holder when the car is picked up.
