Just wanted to take a moment to say hello and introduce myself.
I have always been a car guy, growing up in a small town in Southern Ohio it was of the utmost importance to have a Hot Rod. I started out in 1976 with a 1966 Ford Galaxie 500, next came a 1964 Chevy II and finally my last car in High School a 1965 Chevelle with a 300HP 327.
I joined the USAF and spent a long time in Japan and Korea driving things I won't mention. I did get to ride in a real nice Skyline GT-R though.
I retired with 26 years service in 2005 while living in Florida. Had to sell a 1967 Camaro I restored before we moved west for a new job. I am now working for U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
I have always wanted a Corvette and last week I finally got one. I am now the proud owner of a 2004 Coupe with only 16,000 miles on it.
I hope to gain lots of information from the site and hope to contribute as well.
Thanks,
