Hi to you all!
I am the new owner of a 1981 corvette that I bought off of e-bay. The owner was less than up front on this car and it needs a ton of work. I live in Colorado so if any of you guys can help me with advice I would be forever in your favor. I will post questions in the form after searching to make sure that those have not already been asked. Again thanks for letting me on board.

:welcome

Hi Mylo! Congrats on rescuing another one! :cool

We have a friendly bunch here, searching for info is great but if you can't find what you need or just want to bounce your ideas and thoughts off other C3 or '81 owners, go for it. We've also got several members and a handsome and debonair Moderator from CO (Patrick - but don't tell him I said so - don't want him to get a big head ;) ).

Here are a couple of links which may prove useful:

The CAC C3 sub-forum including the 1981 Registry link - Click

The CAC Tech Center Model Center 1981 Model Page - Click

And if you've got a problem or issue navigating the site or you want to learn how to post photos of your new project - the Site Help and Feedback Forum - Click

Enjoy!

Welcome aboard.

About anything that needs attention has already been done by someone in the L81 Registry. We will be more than happy to assist you along the way.

Welcome to CAC, this is a great bunch of people. You must not live far from me. Good luck getting your Vette running the way that it should.

Hello and welcome to CAC.

This site is a life saver, trust me.
The person that sold me my 1982 was pretty up-front, but there were things he was unaware of.

The car has come a long way since i bought it (mostly due to the helpful people here).

Good Luck and ask lots of questions, it's the only way you learn!

Thanks

Thanks you guys! I have been reading all of the c3 forms and will have tons of questions>>>
