After a long wait, last Friday I picked up my 92 A4 LT1 Vette with a new 383 stroker. I took it right to the track at New England Dragway to see what it could do. Boy, am I ever psyched. From a previous best of 12.5 @ 108 on the original 350 block, on Friday it did the quarter mile in 11.665 @ 118.53. When I could get traction, the 60 foot times were just under 1.55 seconds! My best 60' time was 1.547. I really don't want any more performance, sinceI have to install a cage if it runs below 11.50. Many thanks to my builder, Paul Thompson. See sig for more details.
