1968 Black convertable
Hello name is Bill and I have a 1968 convertible. Have had it for 38 years in starage. I am going to pull it out and get it drivable again, this is my retiremant toy. It is a base modelwith a
production under 5000. I got it from a fellow Air Force buddy for a 70 Chev pickup ,garden tille and $300. I painted it , put a new top on and new carpet in right after I got it. Kida and work
put off work on it until now. Plans are to rebuild engine, brakes and install a 700R4. Glad to be hare and I know I will find alot of info.

Welcome To Corvette Action Center

Welcome aboard, storage for 38 years may bring about some other issues, so getting it back on the road may not be only challenging but fun! Is it a 4-speed or automatic,; what color is it? Sure would be nice to record the rebirth with pictures and we love pictures. Good luck and keep us posted on your progress. Where is Cullman; Alabama? I've heard of it but not sure where it is located exactly, are you original from Bama? I was in the US Army :patmid to late 60's and was stationed @ Rucker for helicopter school and have good friends in Ozark, Alabama. By the way thank you for your service to this great nation :pat
