i just recently got myself a 2002 C5...and well about 4 or 5 months ago i saw two corvettes at a used car lot in LA...one was a convertible the other a coupe...they had a body kit on them that made the car look like something of a concept car at a geneva auto show...they were C5s cause i could tell from the outline of the car...the convertible was purple with yellow accents and individual roll-bars...i was woundering who made this kit...or what corvette it is...i have searched high and low...its a little bit on the wide side as well....secondly i was woundering cause my friend has a twin charged Z06 and well who makes a good charger for the C5 with a cooler...thank you so so much everyone

The purple car may have been the '98 pace car replica. I have seen one without the graphics, but with the purple and yellow color scheme. I don't know about the body kits. There are several superchargers available for the C5. At least one requires a high rise hood, but at least one does not. I think there might be a string under C5 Mods that addresses the supercharger issue.

okay the purple is like a metalic purple and well the car didnt look like a kit cause the lot had a coupe and convertible both looked identical as body wise...differnt colors i forget the coupes color... its defenitly a production made car...cause that car lot only deals in rare hard to find cars most of the time...i believe both cars sold for over 75k not sure how much over but i know its over 75k.... it had a very aggrissive look to it... both had custom interiors but the exterior was not to extreme with many vents and so fourth
