EZ way to post a pic.
Right click the picture you wish to post.
Select E mail photo from the list
Wait... A dialog box will appear that says resize all photos, select yes.
Wait... An email will appear with the photo as an attachment, drag the attachment onto your desk top.
Use that photo in as the one you wish to download.
(you can select multiple photos at one time to email, you just drag them all to your desktop)
There's better ways, but that's easy and gets 'er done.
