any plans for the old wheels? :D

Yep, they get returned for the core credit. Actual cost for the chromes minus the core charge is $625.00 at corvette wheel specialists. Great vendor to deal with. Check them out....:)

Thanks Lawman and C5 :upthumbs

The chrome wheels arrived....install tomorrow.....
Very cool! I just purchased the same kind of wheels from Tomswheels on Ebay and they look awesome too.

I'm looking for a good tire shop to purchase the tires from.

Congratulations on your choice.

Every year I give myself a X-mas present, I see you have give yourself one, it doesn't have to be X-mas thoughtThose rims look great, congrats!

How much is the shop charging to mount the tires? Average around here is $15-17. Does that sound about average nationwide?

Here in California, they charge a "dispose fee" + CA sales tax oh yeah 7.75% :cry

Pay me to throw them away for you!!

Thats why I like Discount Tire ... the install/balance fee is included in the price of the tire... and they are usually very competative. All you pay is recycle/fefuse fee of 2$ a tire or something like that.

Here, they charge $2.00 per tire. You can keep the tires if you want and there is no charge.

Those are cool looking with the blue. Good idea to stay stock. I guess it won't be long till I see them live and in person.

Resisted the urge to go A-Mold on mine. Sawblades are fine for me, and are getting to be a rare look on a late C4! Wonder how they would look chromed out and blingin'. You better get some polish and good diapers. For the wheels.

BTW I think that one goes on the other side..........:confused

My guy charged 75.00 to remove the old wheels, swap out the tires onto the new wheels, balance all 4 and reinstall using inside weights..
