Experiencing a new problem...

When the key is turned - 3 lights are illuminated in the DIC - the Service Engine light, the ABS warning light and the red battery icon. The starter does not turn. The underhood lights, interior lights, radio etc. work...

Relatively new battery - just had it tested - indicates fully charged, holds load and no bad cells.

Wondering if anyone had suggestions as to where I might start - are the 3 DIC indicators part of a trend? If I had a bad alternator - would that result in a no crank situation? (I've not checked the fuse panel yet).

Thanks -

Any click or anything?

Maybe bump the shifter, or play with the release button on top. My shifter switch was acting up and the contacts were kinda off. Cleaned the contacts and good to go.

One other thing to check is the positive terminal block (behind the battery) pull all the terminals and clean with a wire brush and some WD40. Reassemble with some electrolytic grease.

I'm having an issue that sounds similar, and I'm thinking VAT's.
