Help! No daytime running lights/turn signals

I took my '98 to a body shop last week to have the headlamp doors and the front bumper painted. They did remove the bumper to paint it. I picked it up late Friday afternoon. When I got home, I found that the fog lamps and the daytime running lights/turn signals did not work. Saturday I removed the closeout panels and I saw right off that the fog lamps were unplugged. That problem solved. I removed the daytime running lights/turn signal bulbs. They appeared to be good but I replaced them anyway. I checked fuses 15 and 26. They appeared to be good. I didn't see anything else that could be causing the problem but I'm not a mechanic. If anyone could help me with this, I would be most grateful, Thanks in advance. :confused
