no idle at cold start, who has tips?

I am asking this for a club member who has at cold start no idle. He has bought almost everything new and he has checked also his wirering.

So, what could this be? He have done some minor modifications at his 85 coupe. But, without the mods, he has the same trouble.

So, is there maby someone who has a few good tips, because we think it must be a very very tiny thing.

O yeh,

The last time that he was on the dyno, the car had only 180 hp rearwheel power. And this with the modifications. It should be more than 210 hp.

What is happening here?

Most likely you are dealing with an IAC problem but also check and clean the throttle plates. What kind of mods had he done?
